Nachdem es ja schon einige Beta-Tester von Apples iPhone gibt hinterlassen diese Spuren im Internet.

Z.B. in Logfiles.

So geschehen bei einer Seite die nach Eingabe der Postleitzahl dem iPhone-Besitzer mitteilt wo die nächste Tankstelle ist.

Und was ist daran jetzt interessant?

Ganz einfach, da sich das iPhone an die Regeln hält teilt es z.B. mit welche Bildschirmauflösung es hat, und das war noch nicht offiziell bekannt:

It appears that the iPhone is running Safari 419.3 (which is the “old” Safari — not the 3.0 beta one), and has a reported resolution of 320×396 for the web viewing area (which is approximately what was expected, but I don’t know if that includes the controls at the bottom or not). The iPhone also reports that it does NOT have Flash support (which stinks!).

Die Auflösung ist ja schon mal Schrott…. da hat mein HTC-Handy eine bessere… Und kein Flash?????

Ist wohl so wie viele Apple-Produkte, außen Hui, innen naja… Aber der Hype wird schon für einen Verkaufserfolg sorgen.
